Job descriptionSupervise project sites and ensure that safety SOPs are fully adhered to. Provide periodic safety training to employees and contractors. Conduct risk assessments, and take early preventive actions. Conduct safety audits and prepare reports to management. Investigate any incidents or incidents on site and recommend corrective measures. Ensure that all activities on site comply with local safety laws. Travel claims (fuel & toll) Medical claims Sports & fitness equipment claims Additional allowance based on performance Monthly sports program Annual bonus & Duit Raya
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health (EHS) or related Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a safety supervisor on construction sites or technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety laws, OSHA, and safe work procedures.
- Able to communicate well in Malaysia & English.
- Able to make accurate & quick decisions during emergencies.
- Possess leadership, monitoring and reporting skills.
- Additional safety-related certificates (e.g. NIOSH, SHO, Yellow Book) will be given preference.
