3+ years experience in a Test Management capacity.
Strong understanding of large IT Project Management, Integration and / or Business Application QA Testing.
Demonstrated experience leading Testing for Telco Applications Charging & Billing, CRM.
Charging & Billing upgrade experience required.
Expert level experience with ALM, JIRA, Rally or other Test Management Tools.
