Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance. At least 2-3 years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, preferably gained in the FMCG or trading industry. Excel proficiency. Experience in SAP or other accounting software are added advantage. Reasonable command of the English language Positive attitude, detail-oriented and possess good interpersonal skills. Independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. High level of accuracy, integrity, commitment, and sense of urgency.

Job & Responsibilities :
- Handle day to day accounts receivable operations and month end AR closing.
- Ensure accurate booking of sales invoices based on goods delivery and receipts, pricing and other approved and agreed terms.
- Verify trade claims, goods return and issue credit note on all verified claims.
- Produce monthly customers Statement of Accounts and AR reconciliation.
- Produce AR ageing analysis and support co-ordination of actions for over-dues.
- Support sales analysis and summarization of sales and related information from E-commerce platforms for proper sales accounting.
- Prepare full set of accounts for smaller-scale companies.
- Adhoc tasks.
