Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years' sales experience in hotels / resorts. Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel CRM systems is an advantage. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong hotelier background to lead our resort's sales activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and have proven experience in hospitality sales.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities (corporate, travel agents, events, and groups).
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and business partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
