We're Hiring : Construction Admin Assistant!
We are hiring a detail-oriented Construction Admin Assistant to provide remote support for project documentation, contract tracking, and file organization. This role is ideal for someone with construction office or admin experience who understands the importance of precise documentation, scheduling, and communication across project phases.

What You’ll Do :
- Maintain project records, including drawings, RFIs, site photos, change requests, and subcontractor documents
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents such as progress claims, payment applications, tender responses, and weekly reports
- Use cloud-based systems (e.g., Procore, Aconex, Google Drive) to upload, organize, and share files
- Track RFIs, variations, submittals, and approvals in spreadsheets or document registers
- Participate in online coordination meetings and take accurate meeting minutes
- Follow up with team members to collect required documentation or approvals
- Maintain naming conventions and folder structures for easy access across projects
What We’re Looking For :
1–3 years’ experience in project administration or construction support rolesFamiliarity with construction documents and project stages (Design, Build, Construction, Completion)Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing toolsKnowledge of Procore or Aconex is a strong advantageFluent in written English; confident in reading and formatting formal documentationExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitudeRemuneration :
