Assistant QA / QC Manager located in Singapore

Assist the QA / QC Manager in managing quality control and assurance activities, ensuring effective implementation of quality systems across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the QA / QC Manager in developing and maintaining the QMS.
  • Oversee and monitor project quality activities, ensuring alignment with ITPs and quality plans.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and reporting with site teams and clients.
  • Assist in managing NCRs and corrective action processes.
  • Support quality audits and preparation of audit documentation.
  • Mentor and guide QA / QC Engineers and Supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management.
  • 7+ years of QA / QC experience in EPC / EPCM or construction, with some supervisory / leadership experience.

    • Core Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of QA / QC procedures.
  • Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve quality issues efficiently.
