Java Software Engineer

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Java development, application support, production server management, and database administration. Frontend Frameworks : (Optional : React, Angular, or Vue if applicable) Tools & Platforms : Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Postman, Swagger Hands-on experience with database management and optimization. Proficiency in debugging tools (thread dumps, heap dumps) and troubleshooting techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing web application in functional system.
- Regularly report and communicate status and issues to the Team Lead.
- Update, maintain and change current web application according to the requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of the system, and resolving any / all issues found.
- Ensure all task are done within the given time, meeting if not exceeding the required quality.
- Perform unit test on all task or work done.
- Proactively resolve issues that arise during the course of the project.
- Highlight and escalate issues that cannot be resolved to Team Lead / Project Manager / SDM or Chief Technology Officer prior to the given deadline.
