Your tasks :
Compiles the implementation concept for the Site Management and the resulting requirements for introduction, maintenance and continuous improvement of the local integrated management system in accordance with the EHS Guideline and relevant internal EHS- and RM standards as well as ISO 14001 / -50001 / and coordinates these with the Business Unit's EHS-Representative and Plant Manager.
Controls the implementation in the local integrated management system using key figures that provide reliable measurability.
Plans and conducts system- and process audits independently as well as with Corporate Auditors or Internal Auditors in the operating units, derives improvement measures with the units and establishes effective mechanisms to ensure a proper follow-up.
Plans projects and measures for the further development and improvement of the integrated management system, for example for the implementation of BU-wide occupational safety programs or best practice and lessons learnt transfer to all AO units.
Develops plant-wide emergency response plans together with the Department Managers and risk management system related documents in cooperation with the Business Unit EHS Representative and, where appropriate, local Plant Officers
Provides information and advice to Plant- and Department Managers on legal and normative changes / innovations in the EHS context.
Works within the integrated management system to ensure compliance with the statutory and company occupational health and safety and environmental protection regulations in the organizational unit and works together with the QM / QA-Management on joint tasks.
Cooperates on the lean transformation of the units.
