Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of working experience in marketing or social media is an advantage
  • Mandatory : Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
  • Familiar with managing social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Strong interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing trends
  • Basic knowledge of design or video tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop and more
  • Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and manage deadlines with minimal supervision

Bonus Skills :

  • Experience with paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Boost, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and online content ranking
  • Photography / videography skills for content creation
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, or other scheduling tools
  • Ability to write and design bilingual content for marketing use

    • Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Design simple marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media visuals using tools like Canva
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Support branding efforts through consistent messaging and visual presentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, management) to gather content and campaign ideas
  • Monitor social media engagement and performance; prepare basic reports and suggestions for improvement
  • Assist with offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and customer engagement when required
  • Keep up with digital trends and propose creative ideas to grow brand visibility
  • Help manage and maintain marketing materials, databases, and photo / video content library
