Posted Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 4 : 00 PM The Cloud Architect will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to review cloud-based solutions and create strategies that align with business objectives. They will support the business in leveraging cloud technologies and designing, implementing, and supporting robust, secure, and accessible solutions. MACH design principles should be applied where possible across the enterprise architecture. Responsibilities : Hands-on experience with different integration platforms including AWS, Mulesoft Anypoint platform, and Confluent Kafka. Experience in integrating systems based on MACH architecture. Knowledge of system integration methods and technologies, such as Web services, APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL, BFF). Experience integrating various applications, whether on-premise, cloud-based, or multi-cloud systems. Define, improve, and strategize integration patterns and approaches. Lead partner development teams on integration approaches and tools. Assess different integration approaches, evaluating their benefits and limitations. Monitor integration platforms and assist in incident management. Assess costs and benefits of different integration tools and platforms to recommend the best approaches. Collaborate with Solution architects, project managers, third-party developers, and support teams. Build relationships with internal, external, and third-party suppliers for API and integration services. Design and develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architecture solutions. Define cloud strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to support business objectives and innovation. Oversee cloud solution deployment, ensuring integration with existing systems and performance standards. Implement security practices in cloud environments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Develop automated workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational overhead. Continuously monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and cost-efficiency, making necessary adjustments. Work closely with development, operations, and security teams for seamless integration and operation of cloud solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architectures, configurations, and procedures. Qualifications : Extensive experience with integration technologies and platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or related roles. Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are highly desirable. Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of networking, security, and storage in cloud environments. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI / CD pipelines. Experience with cloud cost management and optimization techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language. Leadership experience in guiding teams and project delivery.
