Job description

A reputable MNC is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer (Machine) to be based at their Petaling Jaya office. I n this role, you will be the first point of contact for machine-related issues and play a critical part in ensuring optimal machine performance through technical support, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first responder for all machine-related matters, including installation, troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Conduct comprehensive machine training (operation, maintenance and basic applications)
Guide customers on maximizing the use of machine functionalities to achieve optimal performance
Plan, schedule, and execute continuous improvement activities, including MTBA / OEE enhancement, error reduction and preventive maintenance

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electronic or other relevant Engineering disciplines

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical or engineering role; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply
