Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members (L1).

Job Requirements :

• Degree / Diploma qualifications or other formal training related with IT, Computing Studies or Information Systems required.
• Understands the infrastructure of a client server environment.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding reading C# code is required.
• Experience writing scripts for automation purposes (e.g. : Windows Batch File or PowerShell or Linux bash script).
• Prior experience working in a Ticketing environment (i.e., Remedy, Service Manager) and Splunk - Monitoring tools would be a plus.
• Prior experience with any DBMS (e.g. : Oracle, SQL Server) would be a plus.
