Responsibilities
- Service delivery management and operational support, to ensure that KPI and SLA are met within the team.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- SAP functional support such as configuration, customization, support, and change request.
- Ad hoc project management in SAP system for SAP MM and Project System.
- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Document project processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Manage and execute any other ad-hoc projects / task assigned by the superior.
