Our client is a leading international bank, offering comprehensive retail, corporate, and Islamic banking services.
- Identify and upgrade potential Priority clients from existing Personal / Premium base of clients
- Refer and up-sell and an array of financial and related products to existing Priority customers through telemarketing distribution and initiative (i.e. Wealth and Deposits).
- Responsible in meeting individual quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Foster good relationship with customer and provide high level of quality service in managing customer’s inquiries and needs and feedback during sales solicitation.
- Keep abreast of competitor’s activities and products.
- Handle customer issues (if any) that may arise during sales call and provide workable resolution to avoid customer dissatisfaction or any disputes.
- Carry out ad-hoc duty as directed by the management.
