Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and mentor audit teams to deliver high‑quality work.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide timely feedback.
- Build a collaborative, supportive, and high‑performance culture.
- Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements in line with standards.
- Manage complex audits, including group audits with international firms.
- Review audit reports and ensure risks are properly addressed.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide recommendations to improve client processes and controls.
- Draft management letters and communicate findings effectively.
- Contribute to training, technical updates, and quality initiatives.
- Support business development through proposals and networking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
- Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement in audit methodology and processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment.Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Non‑degree holders must have completed a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA).Preferably a member of MIA, or equivalent.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and writing skills, with good commercial awareness.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.Solid technical knowledge of MFRS / MPERS and auditing standards.Proactive, self‑motivated, with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team and client collaboration.Demonstrated leadership, client management, and problem‑solving skills.Resilient and adaptable in a changing environment.Take lead in fostering a culture of compliance.Seniority Level
