To support superiors and guide juniors in restructuring and insolvency administration such as liquidation, receivership and etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to guide juniors and manage preparation of legal documents, statutory forms and correspondence independently
- Filing of documentations
- Meeting with 3rd parties on tenders as well as processing tenders
- Assist superior in Ad Hoc assignments
Job Requirements
If you have the followings :
