Website Operations Specialist

Overview

Manage day-to-day operations of Lam’s global corporate websites, including content updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Creatively collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the creation of compelling web experiences designed to engage with users and deliver key functionality, always on time and on budget. Ensure that the website meets company requirements for security, privacy, and accessibility. Monitor website analytics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for website development, maintenance, and enhancements. Assist in the planning and execution of website projects, including redesigns, migrations, and new feature implementations. Keep up to date with industry best practices, especially for user experiences and WebOps. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content accuracy in other languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years in website management (Fortune 500 or similar).
• Skilled in AEM, SEO, HTML / CSS / JS, and accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and WebOps experience.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable with U.S. Pacific time zone hours.
