In our pursuit of sustained success in delivering trusted and innovative solutions to our clientele, the selected candidate will report directly to the Commercial Manager.
Your role entails representing Nevigate in engagements with existing and potential suppliers. This includes sourcing, vetting, and procuring services from local and international suppliers, both domestically and globally.
OBJECTIVES
- To drive improvement plans on suppliers’ commitments
- To improve the commercial terms with existing / new suppliers
- To handle Contracts Management negotiations with suppliers globally
- To monitor and measure Key Performance Indicators on suppliers
- To build and engage a trusted long-term relationship with suppliers to achieve quality performances
- To support the implementation of AI / automation
- To harmonize and work closely with internal teams to achieve overall efficiencies by driving our global suppliers’ operation efficiencies to be aligned with Nevigate quality standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review Suppliers’ costings proactively based on Sales Team feedback to identify cost reduction opportunities and implement relevant initiatives to achieve savings for the companyResponsible for Contracts Management with SuppliersConduct studies on costings from Suppliers versus Sales Quotations to Customers to ensure price competitiveness and margins are achievedWork closely with the Sales Team to understand Customers’ requirements, change in business operating environment to formulate strategies and value prepositions in the submission of bid winning proposalsReal-time update of Suppliers’ pricings / cost schedules into Nevigate ERP systemResponsible for monitoring Suppliers’ SLAs and compiling Suppliers’ Escalation Contacts Matrix. Provide monthly updates on commercial activities and key milestone reporting on all commercial engagement activitiesManage Supplier risks and provide mitigation planCoordinate with other internal Teams such as Commercial, Finance and Provisioning to achieve seamless operationTo participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required by the ManagementIssue POUpdates Intercompany transactionsMonitor and follow up termination date of the circuits with the providersCANDIDATE PROFILE

Diploma or Degree in Business or IT, or related fieldStrong in research, data analysis, Excel and calculationsKnowledge of the Internet, networking technologies and routing equipmentHighly organised, meticulous and able to multitaskExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsSelf-driven with a strong sense of ownershipFluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clientsSalary will be commensurate with relevant work experience.
