Responsibilities :

This role objective is to obtain the maximum utilization and security of corporate funds by determining cash requirements and maintaining appropriate cash flow with banking and investment institutions. This position is also responsible for cash administration activities to minimize the organization's exposure to credit, interest, and foreign exchange risk.

  • Forecasts, analysis, and reporting on investment yields, cash position, source and use of funds, and economic trends.
  • Review of cash requirements, corporate cashiering, accounts-receivable deposits, disbursements, and check preparation.
  • Monitor banking accounts, interest expenses, long-and short-term debt, and investment management.
  • Supervise and manage Cash Management team. Ensure the quality and accurate completion of Cash Management processes are delivered by Cash Management team within the agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Manage and ensure quality in terms of accurate, completeness and timeliness of the Cash Management team in performing their daily activities for the following Cash Management processes.
  • Ensure cash position report and evaluation of accrued FX derivations are submitted to RGE Corporate accurately and timely. Coordinate with RGE corporate and Business Groups in case of exceptional situations.
  • Support Function Lead to meet objectives and set targets for treasury team.
  • Implement and update location-specific cash management policies based on input from the RGE Business Groups.

  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
