Overview

Assist with daily

repair and maintenance tasks . Handle basic repair work (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, lighting, etc.). Support the team in conducting routine inspections and scheduled works. Maintain tools, equipment, and basic inventory records. Report work progress and issues to supervisors. Requirements

Minimum

1–2 years of relevant experience

(fresh candidates with willingness to learn will be considered). Basic knowledge of

building maintenance

(electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning). Team player, able to follow instructions. Hardworking, reliable, and responsible. Basic communication skills in English / Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage). What you can expect from us
