Job descriptionDegree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or Equivalent with minimum 10 years related experience in program or project management. Strong ability to identify organizational needs, lead and manage programs / projects. Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles. Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Good problem-solving ability. Work independently with minimum supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferable with experience of Program Management Or Project Management. Knowledge of software Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Access, and Microsoft Project Good command of Mandarin is preferred due to the need to liaise with counterparts in China.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for new product introduction from R&D to Production Release Stage, product / team coordination and management, ensuring transfer goals are met.
- This includes production scheduling, commitment adherence in terms of On Time Delivery, Product Cost , Process lead time improvement and inventory management.
- Engage with the factory to drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to deliver Lean and Cost efficient on new programs introduced.
- Achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfaction in Backlog Commits, Manufacturing, Quality, IPH Cost and Customer Responsiveness.
- Responsible for Site Readiness (4M : Man, Material, Machine, and Method).
- Coordinate the preparation for the weekly reviews and Phase Reviews to ensure target goals are achieved in terms of Time to Market, Time to Yield, Time to Cost & Time to Ramp ensuring readiness goals are MET.
