Requirements

  • No minimum qualification needed. We'll judge based on your personality and values.
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Ability to effectively communicate and explain our products to potential customers.
  • An insatiable curiosity and knowledge about all things sales and communications.
  • A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing team
  • Above everything else, If you feel like you lack a few pointers IT's totally fine. We would love to meet you and see if your personality fits us.

Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate Hiblendr’s products
  • Listen and understand customers wants and needs to recommend suitable products.
  • Engage in meaningful interactions and build relationships with customers.
  • Constantly build product knowledge and actively share this knowledge to existing and potential customers
  • Work closely with Managers to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Give recommendations to managers for areas of improvement of sales tactics, on-going promotions, and product improvement.
  • Provide training to future sales staff
  • Be required to work on some weekends and Public holidays during a pop-up week
  • Handle merchandise display
  • Tiktok and Reels : To be involved with some Tiktok / IG Reels content, when required.
  • Any other special projects or assignments that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.
