About The Role

Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes

• Process insurance new business, renewals, and change requests from group policy holders as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.
• Process bills and payments to group policy holders within stipulated turnaround time.
• Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance with all regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Perform day-to-day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on a daily basis.
• Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
• Ensure team operating efficiency.
