Job Description :

  • Recruitment & Team Building : Attract, onboard, and grow a motivated Brand Officer team.
  • Training & Development : Conduct training to enhance sales and product knowledge.
  • Leadership & Support : Mentor and guide the team to achieve goals.
  • Sales Strategy : Implement and monitor sales & marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation : Support social media marketing for quality leads.
  • Performance Tracking : Analyze and report team performance.

Requirement

  • Experience in Leadership at least minimum 1 years
  • Fluent to speak English n Malay Language
  • Age : Maximum 35 years old
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.
  • Has OWN Laptop / PC
