Your role
Key responsibilities include :
- Database administration and sourcing of exchange and contributed data.
- Delivering high productivity and quality data per performance standards.
- Staying updated on collection policies, procedures, and market developments affecting data collection.
- Assisting in projects emphasizing data content.
- Taking ownership of data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness within the team.
- Resolving client queries promptly with high-quality responses and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improving quality and reducing client service requests to meet service targets.
- Suggesting improvements for collection tools, internal processes, and permanent fixes to prevent client queries.
- Carrying out special projects or specialized tasks related to the ESG dataset as per strategic plans.
- Collaborating effectively with global teams and data providers to deliver high-quality data to clients.
- Cultivating a learning and positive work environment.
- Proactively identifying, raising, and resolving data problems.
About you
