Job description

• Monitor the tender submission timeline, ensuring all submissions are completed and dispatched before the due date.
• Maintaining the full privacy of the tender pricing, must not reveal to third party.
• Monitoring and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
• Maintaining accurate office inventory records and identifying opportunities to optimize inventory levels
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and priorities
• Preparing tender reports and analyzing data of pricing item
• Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Experience in managing the complete tender life cycle, from initiation to submission.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of submissions
