Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Management :
- Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with key QSR / F&B clients, aligning with Kian's tradition of client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and Kian.
2. Sales and Business Development :
Exceed sales targets for key accounts, utilizing Kian's extensive track record and industry knowledge.Collaborate closely with the sales processing team in China for efficient order processing and timely delivery.3. Strategic Planning :
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the R&D team, to develop strategic account plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Engage in product development discussions and cost optimization initiatives in coordination with the R&D team.4. Forecasting and Reporting :
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making.Analyze sales data, identify trends, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize performance.5. Negotiation and Contract Management :
Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Oversee contract compliance, adhering to Kian's commitment to transparency and fairness.
