Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. -Support project managers in documenting project progress, updating reports, and maintaining schedules. -Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders in Mandarin to gather updates, resolve minor issues, and ensure project alignment. -Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. -Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. -Use project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project) to track tasks and workflows. -Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and presentations. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field. -Fluency in Mandarin, English and Malay (both written and spoken) is required. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and suppliers. -Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project) is a plus. -Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced automotive environment. -Previous experience in project coordination, internships, or academic projects in the automotive sector (communication protocols, multimedia) is a plus.
