  • Drive Business Growth

Drive commercial growth and manage profit for digital services such as top-up and bill payment.

Understand customer needs and market trends to develop strategic plans and initiatives.

Closely evaluate business performance, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Product Operations
  • Manage day-to-day operations including partner onboarding, marketing campaign setup, and marketing resource planning

    Work closely with marketing, finance, IT, and customer service teams to develop business solutions.

  • Campaign Management
  • Execute operational initiatives to boost traffic and conversions.

    Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose new campaigns.

    Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet business goals.

  • Analytic and Data Monitoring
  • Make data-driven decisions by monitoring and analyzing the data closely

    Conduct market research to collect qualitative and quantitative data to generate impactful business insights to drive growth and profitability. Job Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective cross-team collaboration and issue resolution. Mandarin-speaking candidate is strongly preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience in e-commerce digital goods operations is preferred; backgrounds in tech platforms or digital marketing are also welcome.
