About the role

As a Sales Coordinator at XIN TONG LIAN PACKING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.', you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's sales activities. This is a full-time position based in Melaka.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the sales team in processing customer orders, inquiries and complaints
  • Liaising with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to coordinate the fulfilment of customer orders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales data and customer information
  • Identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues that may arise in the sales process

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in using sales-related software and data management tools
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accurate and reliable data
  • A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or similar role within the manufacturing industry
