About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven

Business Development Executive / Senior Executive

to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to represent

MMT Universal Academy and its subsidiary brand

, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive growth and deliver impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across corporate training, consulting, and development programs.
  • Build strong client relationships and represent both MMT & our subsidiary in meetings and presentations.
  • Work with internal teams (L&D, Ops, Faculty Partners) to design customized solutions for clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities into wins.
  • Support branding and visibility efforts through events, networking, and social platforms.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Annual KPIs

  • Achieve

    • annual revenue targets

    (individual & team-based).

  • Secure a defined number of

    • new client accounts

    per year.

  • Maintain strong

    • client retention & repeat business rates

  • Ensure timely

    • proposal-to-deal conversion ratio

  • Actively contribute to

    • brand visibility

    through networking, events, and social engagement.

    What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement (seniority level depends on experience).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with targets.
  • Experience in corporate training / HR / L&D sector is an added advantage.
  • Based in Subang Jaya (willing to travel for client meetings when needed).
