Ensures all departments’ operation are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective manner through improving the operation process with system enhancement and automation
Identifies and bridges operational gaps while identifying job overlaps and redundancies
Carries out internal audit assignments as planned with appropriate application of risks-based approach
Prepares reports with proper recommendations upon finalization of fieldwork
Enhances the company efficiency and productivity by streamlining business processes and improve workflow, assess the entire operation from top to bottom, looking for areas of improvement
Performs ad hoc audit and investigations on areas of concerns as and when required
Job Requirement :
Bachelor degree in Accounting / Banking / Finance or any related field
At least 3 years of experience in Programme Management role, with a proven track record
Possesses experience in Accounting / Internal Audit. Experience in Property Development industry is an added advantage
Possesses capability in execution of business process reengineering
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operational management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and ensuring meeting timelines
