Job description

Responsibility :

  • Ensures all departments’ operation are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective manner through improving the operation process with system enhancement and automation
  • Identifies and bridges operational gaps while identifying job overlaps and redundancies
  • Carries out internal audit assignments as planned with appropriate application of risks-based approach
  • Prepares reports with proper recommendations upon finalization of fieldwork
  • Enhances the company efficiency and productivity by streamlining business processes and improve workflow, assess the entire operation from top to bottom, looking for areas of improvement
  • Performs ad hoc audit and investigations on areas of concerns as and when required

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting / Banking / Finance or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Programme Management role, with a proven track record
  • Possesses experience in Accounting / Internal Audit. Experience in Property Development industry is an added advantage
  • Possesses capability in execution of business process reengineering
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operational management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and ensuring meeting timelines
