Logistics Systems Architect for a globally recognised 3PL provider based in Shah Alam

Your new company

This global logistics company offers comprehensive services in land, air, and ocean freight, as well as contract logistics. They are currently looking for an IT professional who has expertise in logistics systems to join their team in Shah Alam.

Your new role

You will be tasked with managing the Systems Development Life Cycle and overseeing project management activities. This includes handling RFQ and RFP processes, offering technical and strategic support during the pre-sales phase, and ensuring alignment with business goals through governance and oversight. The role also involves leading a team in daily support operations, conducting feasibility studies, resource planning, and managing internal ITSM processes and compliance. Additionally, you will need to communicate project progress to customers and internal stakeholders and provide guidance to direct reports on support, process improvements, and career development.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have :

• Experience in IT demand management, project management, RFQ / RFP processes, and pre-sales activities
• Operational knowledge in a logistics environment
• Familiar with key logistics systems like WMS
