What will you do?
Strategy Implementation
- May contribute to the definition of the entity strategy of his / her business line
- Define the goals in his / her scope of responsibility in line with thepany strategy and identify the required means and resources
Human Resources Management
Manage and coordinate with several contributors and / or a large orplex team or stakeholders ( experts, multicultural, multi-country, multidisciplinary resources)Ensure permanent adequacy between his / her resources (skills, equipment, etc.), organization and activity stakesActivity Management
Define the organization of his / her activity and the distribution of roles & responsibilitiesDefine and set up the procedures and indicators (KPI) required to monitor the activity; is responsible for the implementation of reporting processes and equipment and ensure their adequacy with reporting needsInnovation & Continuous Improvement
