We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Administrator to join the team to collaborate on CRM platform optimizations and customization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow Builder
- Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data integrity
- Design and implement Customer Cloud solutions including case management, knowledge base, and omnichannel routing
- Build and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards and datasets
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, triggers and validation rules
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST / SOAP APIs
- Provide ongoing user support, training, and system documentation
- Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and release management
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experienceProficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Platform, and Salesforce configurationExperience with Service Cloud features (Cases, Knowledge, Live Agent, Omni-Channel)Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics including SAQL, dataflows, and dashboard creationExperience with data migration, integration tools, and version control (Git)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data visualization expertiseExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong command of written & spoken EnglishPreferred
