Requirements
- Minimum SPM / 'O' Level qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing any questions or concerns effectively.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position the company's offerings.Benefits
