Job descriptionInteract with international clients to understand project needs and pitch suitable solutions. Conduct video / voice calls, follow-ups, and maintain regular communication. Prepare business proposals, project estimates, scope documentation, and other client‑facing materials. Ensure clarity in technical and commercial terms. Identify new markets and client segments. Keep track of platform algorithm changes and bidding trends. Drive consistent closure of projects and meet monthly / quarterly sales targets. Upsell additional services based on client needs (SEO, web development, etc.). Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely project delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and closed deals. 2–3 years of experience in online bidding and business development in IT or digital marketing domain. Strong experience in Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, or other freelance platforms. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Proficiency in client interaction, requirement gathering, and relationship building. Basic understanding of IT services such as websites, apps, SEO, social media, etc. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proactive and self‑motivated Smart, confident, and result‑oriented Flexible, punctual, and well‑organized Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Do You Have 2–3 years of experience in business development in IT or digital marketing domain?
