Requirements
- At least a Diploma / Higher Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Must be computer literature and well versed in Microsoft office
- Good communication skills, well versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia and / or Mandarin
- At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service experience. Preferable . Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior position.
Responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spokenHandle customer enquiries and ensuring high level of customers’ satisfactionHandle customer service complaint and ensuring proper action have been takenInteract with customers and responsible for product repair and trouble shoot.Assist customer in after sales service support, such as service product.Answering customer calls with proper courtesy, promptly & mannersEmpathetic, yet business-oriented, and able to think and respond on your feet at the same time.A strong will to lean and adapt to rapidly changing environments. Some customer service, PR, sales and / or business operations background may help.And most importantly, a genuine heart to help solve our customer’s problem.Benefits
