Job description

Job Description :

  • Handle front desk and reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and office coordination.
  • Assist with simple accounting tasks including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Manage petty cash and prepare related reports.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems.
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience in admin / accounts roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
  • Chinese-speaking candidates preferred (to liaise with certain stakeholders).
