Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcomed , cs experience preferred.
Can speak in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Cantonese language is compulsory.
Can relocate work in George Town area.
Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Customer Support : Provide technical and non-technical support to customers. Communicate fluently in Cantonese, both spoken and written.

Support customers via calls, emails, or live chat depending on project needs.

Troubleshooting & Solutions : Guide customers through basic device troubleshooting

Product Knowledge : Provide guidance on device settings, functions, and best practices.
