Regional Lead, UI / UX

Role Objective

The Regional Lead, UI / UX, will own the design vision , define user flows, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure the overall quality of user experiences across all digital platforms. You will lead a regional UI / UX team , collaborate with product and engineering teams, and implement user feedback loops to continuously enhance engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process : research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation.
• Define design principles and maintain standardized component libraries for consistency.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes aligned with product goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform product strategy.
• Mentor and guide UI / UX team to deliver world-class experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align designs with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the design team.
• Monitor industry trends and innovate design strategies based on best practices.
