Senior Analyst, Full Stack Developer, Interconnected Retail

We seek top talent for a critical role to provide leadership and support - both strategic and tactical - to the regional portfolio of retail information technology systems. This role will help drive the development of Estee Lauder’s Retail Solutions and will be a key member of the Retail Modernization team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the various components of retail systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify areas of opportunity towards building highly scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools that can improve the development process or product quality.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for the design, development, and deployment of applications including data model, data flow, features, and integration mechanisms.
• Support the execution of all build phases of domain projects, including testing and training for data flows and interfaces.
• Work closely with IT technical and support teams to manage overall operational stability of the retail applications and technology that supports the ELC retail sales channels and driving continued focus on operational excellence and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with technology leads, business analysts, and various stakeholders to deliver excellence on the project execution and influencing the decision making.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and advance in their careers.
• Drive innovation within the team by staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and integrating them into the development process where applicable.
• Drive the maintain phase incl. L3 support activities to ensure that the application is delivering value for various stakeholders.
