As a part of the Employee Experience team, you will be focused on the onboarding experience of Acceleration Center Kuala Lumpur (AC KL) employees, which includes pre and post onboarding. You will be working closely with the AC KL People Team and the xAC Onboarding team to drive and influence the overall onboarding experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Onboarding Experience
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for AC KL employees, including pre-onboarding and post-onboarding activities.
- Manage Engagement Programs
- Drive the Squad and Buddy Program , monitor effectiveness, and share insights with leadership and cross-Acceleration Center (xAC) teams.
- Analyze and Improve
- Review new joiner survey results, identify trends, and implement action plans to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Policy Management
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop, update, and maintain AC KL people-related policies.
