Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans to deliver order growth for the assigned territory. Ability to use sales tools, organize and accurately forecast territory results, provide market intelligence, implement value selling and meet sales objectives. Promote and sell products and / or solutions to current or new customers / partners in a consultative approach and inform customers of new product introductions. Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction. Build and sustain relationships with key customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks / queries; actively build business opportunities. Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions and organizations. Collaborate with peers to define and leverage cross product business opportunities for growth in traditional and emerging markets. Actively develop product and application knowledge in order to drive sales. Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. Typically 2-3 years relevant Sales experience with proven sales account management. Knowledge of analytical and scientific instrument business is a bonus. Strong communicator and relations builder. Additional Details
