Job Highlights : Involved in sales reporting, recruitment support, training coordination, and event planning. Hands-on exposure to business development and agency operations. Opportunity to work closely with the Director and Agency Leaders for mentorship and professional growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare clear, actionable reports on Sales performance by agency and agent, Customer engagement trends and Dormant customer identification and re-engagement opportunities.
  • Create monthly sales and incentive analysis reports.
  • Track and monitor key sales metrics for management review.
  • Present data in easy-to-understand formats, including charts, tables, and summaries.

Market Research

  • Monitor competitor campaigns, packages, and promotions.
  • Research market trends in preventive health, screening, and wellness.
  • Compile research findings into comprehensive reports for management.
  • Maintain a database of competitor activities and industry best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities based on market movements and customer preferences.
  • Recruitment Support & Coordination

  • Organize and schedule recruitment sessions with Agency Directors.
  • Prepare recruitment presentation materials and handouts.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, refreshments, and materials.
  • Maintain recruitment database and track potential recruits.
  • Follow up with potential candidates after recruitment sessions.
  • Prepare recruitment performance reports, including conversion rates and source tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment-related tasks.
  • Support Agency Directors for recruitment-related administrative tasks.
  • Training Support

  • Assist in the smooth execution of LCA’s regular training and development sessions.
  • Support setup, registration, attendance tracking, and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, audio-visual setup, refreshments, and documentation.
  • Liaise with presenters and Agency Directors to ensure training readiness.
  • Prepare post-training summaries and feedback reports for management.
  • Event Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate agency events, talks, and workshops in collaboration with Agency Directors.
  • Manage event logistics and vendor coordination, including : venue booking, contract management, budget estimation and expense tracking, and preparation of materials and documentation.
  • Conduct post-event reviews, gather feedback, and document key learnings.
  • Compile comprehensive event reports, including photos and outcomes.
  • Time-off compensation provided for weekend event support.
  • Administrative Support

  • Document and compile monthly meeting minutes.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for reports, contracts, and event documentation.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and special requests from the Director as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Preferred (not required)

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or CRM systems.
  • Event planning or coordination experience.
  • Experience supporting workshops or training programs.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation preparation.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare, wellness, or agency-based industries.
  • Experience working in a small, collaborative team environment.
