Tasks & Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CRM in all aspects
• Attend to customers’ inquiries in coordination with internal departments and manage customers’ expectation
• Enquiry / sample / order processing inputs and follow up
• Preparing quotation, supportive documentations, shipment arrangement, invoicing and billing process
• Administrative support to commercial team
• Logistic provider sourcing & coordination of delivery
• Periodical analytical reports are expected
