We are currently looking for an

Entry-Level Digital Assistant

to join our team in Malaysia

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU NEED TO HAVE LEGAL WORKING PERMIT AND RESIDE IN MALAYSIA.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT AN INTERNSHIP, IT IS A FULL-TIME JOB POSITION.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Undergo a 2 weeks Entry-level Acceleration Program and depending on the assigned team 3-4 weeks of the customer-specific training program. Both pieces of training can move hand in hand if the employee is assigned to a team immediately.
  • Work with the service delivery team regarding practical operations, complex daily tasks, and assigned training / assessments
  • Perform duties in different departments, gain knowledge of operations, and attend meetings as required.
  • Support execution of digital operations where needed (Marketing Automation, Content / Product Management). Can be responsible for the execution of tasks in such operations.
  • Can be the first point of contact with clients and provide guidance regarding processes and ways of working.
  • Expected to improve and develop the service delivery

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data-entry (content, email addresses, numerical information, images, or other digital assets) into digital platforms
  • Text, image updates for content and newsletter creation by using existing templates for E-mail Marketing
  • Monitor content websites with regular quality checks when requested
  • If required : Monitor Social Media Engagement
  • Monitor an online social media community, read comments and prepare reports
  • Read social reports and select relevant information
  • Prepare analytics report templates
  • Prepare a report with the existing report templates found, and searched online, to support documentation
  • Analytics : prepare reports and collect data from platforms
  • If required : eCommerce and eTrade store and / or marketplace monitoring, quality checks on products information, and reporting
  • If required : prepare SEO keyword lists by collecting data online.
  • If required, can manage small-medium scale projects and enable project activities, follow up project timelines and ensure timely updates to customers
  • Supports newcomers with knowledge transfer and quality reviews

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Vocational / BA / BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus)
  • HTML / CSS knowledge is preferred
  • Keen interest in the internet and willingness to specialize in digital marketing
  • Proficient in computer usage; web browsers and MS Office applications
  • Results-oriented and excellent eye for detail
  • Time management and independent worker
