Job descriptionCandidate must possess at Secondary School / SPM or equivalent. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicant must be independent, fast learner and hardworking. Full-Time position(s) available. Working Hour 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (Monday to Friday), Saturday 8 : 00am to 1 : 00pm (alternate)
Responsibilities :
- Measuring and planning to maximize efficiency and ensure operational success;
- Managing the daily work plan;
- Manage and organize daily picking and packing requirements;
- Supervise picking and perform as checker on all stock loaded for delivery;
- Liaise with FO, IS team in a daily basis to monitor and distributing out all related documents to outbound team for further processing;
- Monitor accuracy during unloading, follow up by inspection of all inbound goods and returned or rejected items;
- Addressing, solving internal as well as external issues. Stock enquiries, storage arrangements for etc.;
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
