• About the Role :
• The Supplier Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of supplier onboarding, changes, and lifecycle governance within Brooks’ global supply chain. This role ensures data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency through structured intake workflows, Oracle Cloud integration, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about supplier data integrity and change management and high-performance teaming.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Support audits and reporting requirements related to supplier data. - Facilitate closed-loop communication and documentation for all supplier lifecycle events.- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline supplier lifecycle processes.- Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills in supplier governance, data quality, and compliance. - Validate supplier setup against Brooks’ global standards and regulatory requirements.Any other duties as assigned.
• Required Qualifications :
• 5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement operations, or master data governance, ideally working in a global manufacturing or semiconductor environment.Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and workflow tools.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience leading supplier lifecycle initiatives in a global organization. Familiarity with Agile PLM or similar change management platforms. Knowledge of supplier compliance standards (e.g., ISO, RoHS, REACH).
