  • Senior Project & Program Manager,
  • you will play a key role in driving ESG and Corporate Performance initiatives by managing non-technical projects that support sustainability, compliance, and strategic business outcomes. Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and evolving ESG standards.
  • Responsibilities :
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules for ESG and CP initiatives.
  • Monitor project scope, deliverables, and alignment with ESG frameworks (e.g., ISSB, CSRD).
  • Maintain and report on project budgets, including sustainability-related investments.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to support ESG disclosures and performance tracking.
  • Conduct risk assessments with a focus on environmental and reputational risks.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional project meetings.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across sustainability, finance, and operations.
  • Implement scope changes effectively in response to regulatory updates or strategic shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project management and ESG reporting standards.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Coordination :
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Project Tools Proficiency :
  • Familiarity with tools like Workiva, MS Project, or similar.
  • Risk Assessment :
  • Ability to identify and mitigate ESG-related risks.
  • Change Implementation :
  • Skilled in managing scope changes in dynamic environments.
